Officer Responsible for Rights of Data Subjects

In coordination with the DPO, the Director General of the University will appoint an administrative employee who in addition to his or her position will be responsible for inquiries from subjects of data, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of this regulation.

The responsibility will be professionally subordinate to the DPO, and administratively to the Director General, and will follow their instructions.
